What Right's Are We Waiving As Americans

Keep an open mind. What i'm about to tell you is not made up. This is a part of our history and a part of our Rights that have been subverted away from us by Federal, State, County, and City Politicians, Judges and Lawyers/Attorneys, Law Enforcement officials, Financial (Banking) and Insurance Agencies and government employees.

This is about stripping you of a right so that government can:

1. Tax it or charge fees and strip you of your right to Property (Your Automobile) for Revenue

A Oklahoma Attorney in 2005 wrote of this Right and shows in his writing with documentation you may research that this actually existed.  I have actually emailed this attorney and have gotten a response.  He could not believe they wouldn't allow this.

Like your right to property, an attorney in Massillon, Ohio stated to me, "You never really own your property."

Yes. We Do own our property! We have become complacent and cowardly in protecting our Rights to Property. Let me ask you these questions:

1. Would you protect the Life and Liberty of yourself, your wife/girlfriend, your children?

2. Would you protect the Right to your Property that YOU worked so hard for?

Of Course, you would. Why let someone harm yourself or family or steal your property! But that is exactly what is happening and you are letting them get away with it.

Well How is this happening? It's called waiving your rights! In a Supreme Court Criminal Case "Brady versus United States (1970), the court stated, "Waivers of Constitutional Rights must be voluntary, knowingly intelligent acts which we are commited to the Consequences." The United States Code of Law, 42 U.S.C. 1981 (Civil Rights Legislation) talks of Contract Law regardless of race, sex, or religion, which we will suffer pains, punishments, penalties, taxations, and licenses, etc. Again, don't believe me! Read it!

Recently, seen this on a Associated Press News article, The U. S. Supreme Court stated that when stopped by Law Enforcement, "Remaining Silent is not a Reservation of Rights." Well, it's the same with Contracts signed by We The People. If we do not Reserve our Rights, We Waive (Give Up) our Rights. But as I will show you, it's not easy. I have done this on other Bureau of Motor Vehicle documents which they accepted. Just recently, they denied it. As shown, I never denied them their fee, or revenue. Here is where the conspiracy is.

When you are denied your rights, you should be asking the following questions:

1. What Right's are you asking me to waive?

2. If I'm not waiving any Right's, Why are you denying me my Right as an American to "Reserve My Rights?"

These are the questions I keep asking them. They will not, I repeat, Will Not answer these questions. So this brings up another question, What are they hiding from us? Why are they deceiving us?

It's all about the money! If they can deceive us, or get us to sign freely, voluntarily, without question, then we have entered a Contract with the State, therefore, they can take our Right to Property, and convert anything they want into a crime. These are charged to us as Penalties, punishments, taxations, fees, and fines. The Judiciary and government don't want you to have these Right's to Property. They say it is for Public Safety. Public safety is what they do on the roads. Not in/or on your property. These people/agent's and/or employees of government are thieves. A Person who breaks into your home, or steals your property doesn't care about your Rights. But with a thief you can replace your property. With government thief's they don't care about your Right's.  These are the worst type of thiefs. They are Domestic Enemies of your Right's. From them, once they take your Rights, you will pay out the nose trying to get them back.

If you are denied your rights, such as my neighbor, whom was building a deck and putting on a jacuzzi for the enjoyment of his property, the building inspector came by and told him to stop. He needed their permission to build or add on to his property. The first time, he stopped. The second time he told them he was finishing the deck, and he wasn't paying them the fee. The Building Inspector told him, "Just sign the document, you don't have to pay the fee." It's always about the Contract. As long as you contract with them, they go away with a smile on their face. They know exactly what they are doing. They have contracted your Right to Property away from you. Stop signing blindly on their documents. Treat these people as Enemies of your Rights. In earlier days of this country, an American would kill thieves such as these. That is why we have a Second Amendment that they are trying to Regulate, License or strip you of. The Second Amendment is to protect you from Tyranny from Agent's/employee's of Government. If the Court's will not protect our Right's, then it is up to each and everyone of us to protect it ourselves. When they come on your property, grab your firearm, ask them what they want. If it's to get you to contract with them, tell them to leave. If local law enforcement are called in, tell them you refuse to contract with them, and ask the Officer to escort them off your property. A few may do so, others will not. If they don't, ask the officer for his name and badge number. Take the Police Department, and the other Agency to Federal Court. Demand your Right's. Don't act wishy washy. Act belligerant. Be a True American Man or Woman. The only way to get these thief's off your back is to make them fear you. Fear of being shot or maimed, or tried by a Jury will scare the hell out of these thieves. BE A TRUE AMERICAN.

These Politicians, Judges, Lawyers, Law Enforcement and other government agents/employees are circumventing your Rights under what is called, "Color of Law". An example for you to simply understand: Buy a large box of Crayola Crayons. Look for the colors: Red, Brown, Purple and find all the different shades of those colors. My favorite is blue. You will have blue, light blue, sky blue, etc. Following me? You could show the color sky blue and someone would say it was blue. But they are partially correct. It is not real blue, just a version or shade of blue. The same is true with our Rights. As stated earlier. The Right to Travel is A Right. But throughout this past century and a half, it has been colored over and changed to a Privilege to Drive. The Right to your Property of a home or automobile or anything else, has also been colored over. A Home is now Real Estate, Your Automobile is now a Motor Vehicle. The type of vehicle is labeled on registrations as a Passenger vehicle, indicating a vehicle for hire. They have placed your vehicle and home and marriage into Commerce Law. Didn't know you were a business, Did you? That is how they can partially regulate it. The other is by you signing voluntarily. Ignorance of the law is no excuse, a judge would tell you. And they are right. By you remaining uneducated of what your rights are, and not standing up for them, you waive your rights. Again, a thief or domestic enemy of American Citizens, Our Constitution, and our Rights will do whatever they can do to keep you in the dark so they may deprive you of your right's. Now, Not all of these officials are thiefs, but, there are very few good ones. Look at the video's on youtube or in the news of brutal law enforcement officer's beating or arresting or humiliating a citizen for defending their rights. They are labeled Constitutionalist's. These officer's belong in prison, for tyranny, along with other officials. We have a right to live our lives in a manner that doesn't interfere with other's. But there are others, both left and right, white, or other ethnic background, male or female, religious or non-religious that want to regulate you, your family, your property, and every aspect of your life. The next few document's will show in their own words, of what I say is true.

Even these agencies/employee's whom are supposed to protect our rights, are enjoying the public salary's they receive without doing their job. Must be nice to do nothing and collect a pay-check for it. This is Fraud. Plain and simple. These people don't deserve their jobs. But they will intimidate and harass you when it benefit's government or themselves for a promotion or prestige. These are tyrants of We The People. They don't deserve respect. They deserve our loathing, hatred and anger. We should not cooperate or protect these officials or any others when they are being attacked by others. They deserve what they have brought upon themselves. So if a officer is in need of assistance to strip someone of their rights, and that person is defending their rights. Let that officer/official get what they deserve. You owe no duty to help a thief or domestic enemy (officer/official) of We The People. As to the letter above, I have never received a response from the U.S. Dept. of Justice. Guess their too busy to even reply.

The letter below is to show that it truly is not about public safety or to protect you. It's about protecting Insurance Companies. The BMV is their for Insurance Law. Not my word's. It's theirs. This next email comes from the Associate legal Counsel for the Ohio Department of Public Safety. Read what he says!

As seen above, government officials will avoid the issue and change the wording to suit their objectives. The Right to Travel and the Right to Locomotion are synonymous with each other. The Right to Travel/Locomotion are antonyms to Driving is a Privilege. Changing the wording changes the Right into a Privilege. This is how they have gotten away with it. The other way's are waiving our rights, and americans being complacent and willing to sacrifice right's and liberty for a little safety. Benjamin Franklin once said, "Those that will sacrifice liberty for a little public safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety." Government officials through their official capacity have created a nexus where they rule, and we suffer or rebel. And when we rebel, they make us criminals. What is happening with our young adults and youth is the cornerstone of this rebellion. Hopelessness leads to despair. Despair leads to giving up, and once you give up, you are in bondage once again. It's time to break the chains holding and binding us. To be free means being willing to fight and perservere against all odds to obtain what was given to us by the Founders of this great country. Not have it stripped from us by greedy corporate and political figures. On Both Spectrums, the Republicans, Democrats and Media have been saying do this peacefully. It's about the money. If we the people rise up against them, they lose control of the money. They lose control over you, But most importantly. They lose control over your property. Even the Big media people like CNN, Fox News,MSNBC and others will lose their big pay checks. Including people like Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Chris Matthews, and others. As long as we keep playing their game. We The People suffer. Time to stop playing with them. It's time to change the game to HARDBALL!

The next letter comes from the Ohio Attorney General's Office. His Assistant Attorney General responded and shows how they construe the wording, and even admits to Contract Law which falls within the U. S. Code mentioned above.

How do we as Americans Secure our Rights.

We have tried many ways but they don't seem to work under the present political climate.

1. Soap Box. Our Freedom of speech, to assemble, to have grievances heard against government hasn't worked in the past and still isn't. Representative Scott Brown of Massachusetts got a bunch of the Tea Party movement fired up as being the breaking vote against the Socialist Agenda. He became a turncoat. He is just like all the rest. This doesn't work anymore. It still is about big money and greed.

2. Ballot Box. With our election system, it has become corrupted by intimidation, and fraud. Computerized voting machines can be manipulated. The only true measure is paper ballots counted by citizens whom will do true counting and be honest. It still is about Big Money. True Americans can not be put on the ballots because we can't get the money needed to put government back on track. Only Attorney's or Big business men or women will be on these ballots. They get the backing of corporations, and contributions from special interest groups. This is another waste of time.

3. Jury Box. We are not allowed to have fully informed jury's. The Judges and Attorney's manipulate our legal system so that we the people are loser's once we step into their courtroom. Attorney's are Officer's of the Court. The American Bar Association is one giant union for Lawyers. If you hire a lawyer, he has a fool for a client. Represent yourself in front of a jury trial. It is your right. But again, it's about the money and filling their pockets and coffers.

4. Cartridge Box. It all comes down to the Right to Bear Arms, your Second Amendment right to bear arms in self defense. Self Defense against criminals, corrupt law enforcement, lawyer's, judge's and politicians. Even government employee's and agent's whom will tell you they are just doing their job. A job is irrelevant. We all have job's. What about their duty and our's to protect all our right's. Even if those right's are not welcome by you or others. they must be protected. When they strip you of this right or regulate it into licensure and fees, confiscation will be next, either by rule of law, or treaty. It has happened in other countries. It can happen here. ARM YOURSELVES. TO PROTECT YOUR RIGHT'S AND THOSE OF YOUR FAMILY.

We all took an Oath, to defend the Constitution of the United States of America, from all Enemies, both Foreign and Domestic. We have done a great job against Foreign Enemies, but that is only 50% of your Oath. Domestic Enemies are stripping our Country bare.

Your Military leadership and Congress will exclaim that the Posse Comitatus Act forbids us from acting in a capacity of Law Enforcement. Doesn't say we can't charge them in a court of law. Secondly, The Posse Comitatus Act must have been written by a Domestic Enemy. Why? Because only a Domestic Enemy would tell a true American not to do his duty. The Corruption on Capitol Hill is apparently fact of that. You are not serving your country in defense. You are serving special interests, Corporations, Lobbyists, and the Power that is being held on Capitol Hill to rule over we the people. They hope to Rule over our lives, our liberty, our rights, our property, for generations to come.

We as veterans, retirees and active duty must restore the republic, our constitution, our Bill of Rights, and the freedoms that are being stripped of us while we make the ultimate sacrifices. May the Republic become whole or else we perish.

We as Americans must stand up for all right's that we should cherish for the true meaning of Freedom!
